Situated at an altitude of 2,600 meters in the Northern Alps, Kumonodaira is widely celebrated as one of Japan’s most secluded and untouched regions. Invited to the Artist-in-Residence program hosted by Kumonodaira Mountain Hut, Hiroshi Watanabe, also known internationally as KAITO, immersed himself in this majestic landscape to create his latest album, 'Among the Clouds'. An endless sea of clouds, rapidly shifting skies, and the subtle movements of wind and water against rugged mountain faces — the days spent traversing the peaks deepened his awareness of the delicate textures and ever-changing rhythms of the landscape. The inspirations gathered during these journeys, combined with field recordings captured on site, blend seamlessly with Watanabe’s signature expansive melodies and atmospheric soundscapes. While rooted in electronic music, the album possesses an organic vitality that makes it feel as though the mountains themselves are breathing. Painting the ever-changing alpine panorama through sound, Among the Clouds is a deeply emotional and immersive work that invites listeners into a serene journey through sound, space, and perception. The front and back cover photography was also captured by Hiroshi Watanabe himself, offering a visual window into the landscapes and atmospheres that shaped the music.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since arrival date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not exchange items.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.Shipping
