Originally released on CD in 2004 by PSF Records, a major mecca for Tokyo underground music. The third album by Go Hirano, who runs the former Fillmore Records in Shimokitazawa, now located in Kamakura, is finally available on LP from Black Editions, an American label specializing in PSF-related reissues! The original CD version is now out of print and hard to find, so this is a great reissue! The album consists of field recordings made at home, featuring piano, pianica, windchimes, percussion, voice, and on the sixth track, "Coral," guitar and effects by Roderick Zala, a composer from Quebec, Canada, with whom the band has collaborated on three albums. The sixth track, "Coral," features guitar and effects by Roderick Zala, a composer from Quebec, Canada, with whom he has collaborated on three albums. This is a miraculous masterpiece in which the tender sound of the piano, which evokes a fantastic landscape, and the pale tones of the windchimes and pianica, which are dotted with flowers, all converge into a divine and lovely sound field. This is one of the best pieces in the PSF catalog. The first vinyl edition is a deluxe edition with additional bonus tracks. It comes with two inserts including a booklet with a detailed story. If you've never experienced it, or even if you've heard it on CD, please bathe in it on vinyl!
